Order Cancellation

The order may be cancelled as long as the shipment has not left’s warehouse. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service team on telephone +971 4 393 4707 (Sunday – Thursday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM, UAE Time) and by mailing us at

If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items through courier, please report the same on the day of delivery to our Customer Service team.

Products Replacement Policy

• Products are accepted for return in case of any manufacturing defect if returned in an unused condition within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• You may return any article subject to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered.

• On receipt of the product, our quality assurance department will review the condition and make a declaration of acceptance or non acceptance.

• On the basis of the declaration, we will inform you the status within 7 working days of receiving the product.

• On acceptance for product return, we will process your request for replacement within 7 working days.

• International Shipping charges (for all items shipped outside UAE) will be deducted for all returns based on the applicable shipping charges.

Replacement of products that exhibit physical damage to the product or packaging will not be possible. Please contact us at to know more.
